Kylie Jean is southern and uncommonly polite, even calling her mom and teacher "ma'am." This serial is great for anyone looking for a well-behaved role model, though her globe volition seem unrealistically pleasant and privileged to many immature readers.

Kylie Jean is southern and uncommonly polite, even calling her mom and teacher "ma'am." This series is great for anyone looking for a well-behaved role model, though her earth will seem unrealistically pleasant and privileged to many young readers.

I was a niggling skeptical of the plot - her cousin has already made a dress that would fit a grade-schooler for a prom fundraiser without a model in heed, and then it occurs to her a few days before to ask Kylie Jean? And not her sister? Also, is she making canis familiaris costumes for everyone for free?

I liked the vocabulary list and recipe at the end, and the illustrations are cute.

104 pages, pictures on just nigh every other page spread - skillful for transitional readers. Very focused on fashion, clothing, glitter, etc., at expense of nearly everything else.

Protagonist is spunky and capable of sewing - nice bespeak.

Larger font, more spacing, another good signal for transitional readers.

This story talked almost that Kylie always dressed up in a dainty way.But she realized that she could become a keen style designer.When she realized that she started to design clothes.Kylie didn't really have good clothes made just she kept practicing till she made 1 wear. I thought this thing was so durable I loved all the mode she had on. It was cute but it only took me ii 1/2 days reading it. Hope whoever is reading this reads that volume.
